Sales development representatives need to be highly organized. You'll spend a lot of time creating industry landscapes and preparing lists. Sales Enablement is your main responsibility - identifying prospects & reaching out to set meetings. Your main function is to be the sales leader’s right hand and go-to problem solver. You must have impeccable communication, critical thinking skills, and possess both an innate curiosity and drive to outperform expectations.

What you’ll be doing:

Analytics - Gather statistics from Sales Scorecard & SF Reports to fill in revenue pacing for each business line

        Lead Generation - creating sector landscapes, lead lists, and targets to divy up for sales team

        CRM Management - Creating, Editing records in Salesforce for team members

        Calendar Management - Work with Google Calendar to set Zoom and Google Meet meetings for our Reps to meet with prospects

          Stuff you need to get this gig:

          Being the first point of contact for new business prospects and determining the next steps

          Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods

          Support senior sales teams and sales representatives on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts

          Organization skills are important to juggle multiple clients and their needs
