Senior Affiliate Partnerships Executive

Overview:

As a Senior Affiliate Partnerships Executive, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with partners, driving revenue through strategic partnerships, and negotiating commission rate increases to drive revenue for our Lead Generation/Affiliate channel. You will play a critical role in identifying new opportunities, driving growth, and collaborating cross-functionally to maximize revenue potential.

Responsibilities:

  • 2-3 years in an affiliate marketing sales/partnerships role at a major agency or publisher with a personal sales goal of $250,000/quarter.
  • Review data to determine opportunities for incremental revenue increase by negotiating strategic commission rate increases for existing partners.
  • Secure flat fee investment from partners to reach a high intent audience, focusing on partners that we can drive our target ROAS for.
  • Identity new partners that could be a fit for one of the many different promotional opportunities we have to offer.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create full-funnel packages that include multiple elements like Affiliate/Lead Gen, Sponsored Content and Display.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years in an affiliate marketing sales and partnerships role at a reputable agency or publisher.
  • Expert understanding of lead generation and affiliate marketing trends, and core KPIs like ROAS, EPC, CPA, CPC, CPFA, CPL, and CPQL.
  • Experience running reporting for campaigns, providing performance reports to partners, and building wrap reports at the end of the flight.
  • Proven track record of negotiating commission rates and securing flat-fee investment for a publisher, with an understanding of full-funnel sales.
  • Experience working with affiliate networks like Impact Radius and being able to pull own reporting and assess areas of opportunities after reviewing data.
