Position: Exhibit Sales Representative

Exhibit sales representatives need to be highly motivated and personable. You'll spend a lot of time on the phone talking to prospective conference exhibitors. Lead generation will also be a key responsibility - identifying prospects, collecting their contact information, and reaching out. Your main function is to sell exhibit space at Benzinga’s prestigious array of conferences. You must have impeccable communication, critical thinking skills, and possess both an innate curiosity and drive to outperform expectations.

What you’ll be doing:

  1. Outreach / Sales - Calling, emailing, messaging on social media, etc. to convince prospect companies to exhibit at Benzinga’s events
  2. Lead Generation - creating lead lists for yourself to use in outreach
  3. CRM Activity - Logging activity as necessary in Benzinga’s CRM and other systems s required

Stuff you need to get this gig:

  1. Innate likability and capacity to win people over
  2. A self-starter attitude paired with a drive to get things done
  3. 3+ years of experience as a requirement for this position
  4. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  5. Organization skills are important to juggle multiple clients and their needs
