Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated writer with a knack for producing engaging, high-quality content on real estate and investment topics. The ideal candidate is highly proactive, able to pitch timely stories each week, and skilled at crafting articles that resonate with readers interested in both real estate trends and dividend-yield investment strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Write a minimum of 7 articles per week (around averaging 500 words), focusing on timely, relevant, and captivating stories that meet our editorial standards.
- Proactively pitch story ideas each week in the following areas:
- Real Estate Trends: Analyze current real estate trends and insights from popular industry surveys, market reports, and credible news sources.
- Celebrity Real Estate: Cover celebrity real estate news, including high-profile purchases, sales, or insights celebrities share about real estate investing or managing their portfolios.
- Dividend/Yield Investing: Research and write about popular dividend-yield investment strategies, often discussed on online forums such as Reddit, and present these strategies in an accessible format for readers.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a writer, ideally with a portfolio covering real estate, personal finance, or investment topics.

- Ability to generate story ideas based on industry trends, news, and real-time developments.
- Familiarity with online investment communities such as Reddit and knowledge of trends in dividend/yield investing.
